Tom Everhart

Tom Everhart, born on May 21, 1952 in Washington, D.C., is an artist known for his work inspired by Charles M. Schulz's Peanuts comic strip. He studied art at Yale University and St. Mary's College before completing his graduate studies in Paris. In 1980, Everhart met Schulz and became fascinated with his line art style, leading to a long-lasting friendship and collaboration. Everhart's Peanuts-inspired paintings gained recognition and were exhibited internationally, including at the Louvre and the Charles M. Schulz Museum. He also worked on special projects for Schulz and produced numerous lithographs. Everhart's work was featured in publications and television specials, and he gave lectures on Schulz's art. Over the years, Everhart continued to create new bodies of work, incorporating influences from his life experiences and travels. He currently divides his time between California and French Polynesia.
