SAN DIEGO (March 14, 2012) – Exclusive Collections Galleries (EC Galleries) artists Asencio, Michael Flohr, and Christopher M.: three dynamic and inspiring talents who have brought their careers from humble origins to being named Today’s Top Artists by Art Business News, will be the guests of honor for an elegant dining experience at the Marine Room in La Jolla, CA.

Named the Best of the Best, this one-night-only gala unites the celebrated accomplishments of the Marine Room’s lauded chefs, Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Ron Oliver (authors of Flying Pans – Two Chefs One World). Together they have built a custom menu for EC Galleries’ art collectors as an homage to the arts and the finest artists of our time, complete with wine pairings that accent and enhance each extravagant course.

Throughout the dining space, famous for its breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Today’s Top Artists will showcase their newest original oil paintings hand-selected for Marine Room guests. In addition to paintings by Asencio, Michael Flohr, and Christopher M., Exclusive Collections Galleries is honored to reveal a newly available collection of original Royo paintings.
